Private coaching: 1 on 1
Process exclusively designed to enable us to work hand in hand. I will accompany you in this new phase of change in which you will be able to achieve a healthy relationship with food and with yourself.
Characteristics of this coaching process:
We will work together for 4 months, leaving some space between our sessions to incorporate new routines, habits, and ways of thinking, acting and feeling. I will not leave you without guidance, nor let you figure things out by yourself throughout these months. Instead, we will be in contact between sessions and you will be able to count on my support.
I strongly believe that external change happens when there is an internal one, when we truly get to know ourselves, and when we overcome our adversities. This coaching process is one of these internal changes that lasts forever. Every ounce you give, will be gifted back to you. If you have not been able to achieve the change that you were expecting, it isn’t because you didn’t know how to, but because of your internal blockages.

I only take on a limited number of clients at a time in order to offer the best quality and mentorship. Therefore, I recommend you plan in advance when you would like to start the change if you want to work with me.
